Join us for a quiet, supportive gathering as we honor the time of our motherhood and the love for our children that remains.
This Mother’s Day, we invite you into a space of gentleness and understanding. Together, we’ll share time in connection, with opportunities for reflection, conversation, and creative expression. You are welcome to bring some plant-based food or art materials to share. There will be space for optional sharing whether you feel like speaking or simply being in the presence of others.

CONTRIBUTION-BASED EVENT - We are a community and it takes a community to make these events happen. We do incur costs for these gatherings, so please consider contributing $10-$20 if you are able so we can continue to offer these events.*
ENVIRONMENT: This is an outdoor space! The ground is uneven and there are wood chips/mulch. Wear good shoes. Dress for the weather. There is option to jump in the pool if you would like to do that. Please bring a swimsuit and a towel. Please refrain from wearing oil-base sunscreen or other products prior to using the pool. Please leave your animals at home. This is a smoke free, meat free, and sober space.
GATHERING SPACE: We believe everyone should have access to a safe community where we can come together in a very conscious way to create the world we want. We host events at the Empower House Community Gathering Space where all people are accepted and loved. We believe when people feel safe and supported, they will naturally practice kindness, feel better, increase their motivation and focus and have a reduction in anxiety, stress and depression.
