The Facility is solely responsible for following legal interactions with patients, including but not limited to following A.R.S. 13-3730. The Facility agrees to refrain from unlawful patient brokering. The Facility will refrain from offering, paying, soliciting or receiving any commission, bonus, rebate, kickback, or bribe, directly or indirectly, in cash or in kind, or engage in any split-fee arrangement, in any form whatsoever in return for referring patients to or from a sober living home, substance use disorder treatment facility, transitional housing facility or any other type of supportive housing facility. The Facility will not accept or acknowledge the enrollment of a patient or client for substance use disorder services at a sober living home, a substance use disorder treatment facility, transitional housing facility or any other type of supportive housing. The Facility will not utilize any methods of patient coercion or other unethical acts and must adhere to patient rights established by state and federal laws.

We support the needs of Arizona behavioral health facilities by providing program development strategies, ensuring compliance with Arizona Behavioral Health rules and regulations, providing monthly and quarterly maintenance packages, and developing plans of correction.

We provide all around support for Arizona licensed behavioral health facilities by facilitating trainings and workshops to Behavioral Health Technicians and clinical staff members. We have continuing education credits available upon request.

We work with entrepreneurs in establishing a new residential behavioral health or sober living facility, or an outpatient clinic*. We work with you to include the development of a scope of service document, a full policy & procedure set, a quality assurance manual, disaster & evacuation plans, personnel files, a sample patient medical record, an initial staff member orientation training and licensing inspection preparation.

We work with group homes, outpatient treatment centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, sober living homes, detox centers, and more to provide psychoeducation and wellness services to their patients.

We work with your licensed therapists to ensure your facility provides individual, group and family counseling services, intake assessments, treatment planning development, monthly reports, adult and child team meetings and discharge planning that are compliant with the state of Arizona licensing regulations.
