ESTABLISHED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PATIENTS: We work with group homes, outpatient treatment centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, sober living homes, and more to provide services to their patients.
CLINICAL SERVICES: Our licensed therapists provide individual, group and family counseling services, intake assessments, treatment planning development, monthly reports, adult and child team meetings and discharge planning.
Third Eye Integration provides ethical and professional consulting services for licensed mental health programs and behavioral health facilities in Arizona. Third Eye Integration also provides professional evidence-based clinical services to patients of established facilities. Our therapists are trauma-informed and trained in multiple modalities and techniques. The Facility will not accept or acknowledge the enrollment of a patient or client for substance use disorder services at a sober living home, a substance use disorder treatment facility, transitional housing facility or any other type of supportive housing. The Facility will not utilize any methods of patient coercion or other unethical acts and must adhere to patient rights established by state and federal laws.
