There are many research studies showing how various breathwork techniques are beneficial for psychological and physical health.

Breathwork has been around for thousands of years and it has many different benefits from regulating the nervous system to giving us a lot of energy.

Watch our certified yoga teacher Allison show how you can integrate this quick breathwork technique into your next sluggish afternoon!

Tip: Sit up nice and tall, empty the lungs completely, then take in a deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then push it all the way back out. Repeat!
